About the role
The Ferrero Finance Direction is currently seeking a talented candidate to join our Customer and Collection Accounting team, within the broader Accounts Receivable function. This role plays a vital part in managing the daily operations related to customer accounting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes for Ferrero Commerciale Italia.
Responsibilities
- Oversee customer account reconciliations and clearing of transitory accounts.
- Monitor customer credit and track incoming payments (cash, check, online transfer) ensuring timely and accurate clearing of customer transactions.
- Apply VAT regulations related to processing of tax invoices and credit notes, adjusting for specific cases.
- Analyze customer account statements and coordinate necessary refunds in collaboration with the sales team.
- Perform additional operational tasks as required by business needs.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Management or related field.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to thrive in high‑pressure environments.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with SAP.
- Fluency in English.
- Consumer‑centric mindset and dedication to crafting brilliant results for consumers worldwide.
