We are now looking for a motivated and commercially driven Sales Representative to accelerate the growth of this division. Role Description We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Sales executive to support our growth across Italy and selected international markets. Thanks to our AI content production platform we are able to execute a high number of content production projects with extremely high accuracy. The role focuses on selling content production, localization, and creative services to brands and enterprise clients, working closely with leadership, creative teams, and operations. Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities Leverage your existing network to generate commercial relationships and client meetings Manage the full sales cycle, from outreach and discovery to negotiation and closing Promote services related to:
Content production and adaptation Translation and localization services Multilingual video and creative adaptation Editorial and branded content operations Visual and digital asset production
Collaborate with internal creative, production, and delivery teams to build tailored client proposals Maintain accurate pipeline management and CRM reporting Support upselling opportunities within existing enterprise accounts Contribute to the positioning and growth of Contents in the content and creative services market
Join Us If You Have
2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development Previous experience in:
Creative agencies Localization/translation companies Media or production environments Marketing service businesses
Strong understanding of content production and localization workflows Existing portfolio/network of active clients Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial autonomy Ability to operate in a fast-moving, scale-up environment Fluent Italian and professional English Immediate or near-immediate availability preferred
Qualifications
Experience in lead generation and business development Strong account management and client relationship skills Proven ability to close service-based commercial deals Familiarity with creative, localization, or content production industries Customer-first mindset and consultative sales approach Ability to work effectively in hybrid and fast-paced environments Previous experience in AI, content management, localization, or creative services is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields preferred Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
