The company is a public entity listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, with almost 150 years of history, over 33,000 employees, 104 plants and 27 RD centres in more than 50 countries. /p h3Your Mission /h3 ul liPlan, implement, coordinate and supervise HSE activities within projects according to project complexity, scope, contractual requirements and applicable laws and regulations. /li liSupport company HSE functions such as bidding preparation, management system maintenance, training and performance improvement initiatives. /li liLead and influence coworkers and project teams—including suppliers and subcontractors—to act safely and promote a safety‑behavioural culture. /li /ul h3Your Tasks in Detail /h3 ul liDefine the project HSE management strategy and activities throughout the project life‑cycle, from proposal to completion. /li liAssist company functions and project teams in dealing with clients on Health, Safety and Environment matters. /li liEnsure that all project‑level HSE activities comply with laws, client requirements, international standards and company Environmental and Safety Standards, including suppliers and subcontractors. /li liCoordinate with manufacturer HSE teams to ensure compliance with company policy and project requirements, and liaise with operation teams and local offices to embed HSE culture and methodologies. /li liGuarantee vessel operations comply with ISM Code rules, SOLAS and MARPOL. /li liAssist the project team in Risk Management processes (e.g., HAZID, HAZOP). /li liFacilitate accident/incident investigations, analyse accident statistics, identify trends and propose improvement plans at project and company levels. /li liConduct internal and external HSE audits during pre‑qualification and project phases. /li liDevelop and carry out project safety training programmes and promote a safety‑behavioural culture within the organization and among suppliers and subcontractors. /li liSupport the development, implementation, update, review and audit of the Company HSE Management System at the project level. /li liLead the planning, collection, management and analysis of HSE indicators. /li /ul h3You are the right fit if you have/are /h3 ul liAt least 3 years of HSE Management experience within an EPCI environment (onshore and offshore construction, installation and vessel operation). Manufacturer or production experience is a plus. /li liA technical degree in engineering. /li liKnowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 series standards, experience maintaining HSE Management Systems and auditing. Lead auditor qualification is a plus. /li liStrong leadership, teamwork, people‑management and influencing skills.
