This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Waiter, located in Madonna di Campiglio. The Head Waiter will oversee dining room operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth coordination of food service. Responsibilities include supervising and supporting the waitstaff, managing table assignments, addressing guest requests, and maintaining a high standard of service quality. The role also involves collaboration with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests.
Qualifications

- Expertise in Customer Service, ensuring high-quality guest experiences and effectively addressing their needs
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and Food Service best practices
- Clear and effective Communication skills to liaise between the waitstaff, kitchen team, and guests
- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent xlwpduy organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in hospitality or fine dining environments is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Italian and English; additional languages are beneficial
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
