Transversally through the different work packages. Having end to end accountability regardless of if it is Make or Buy. /li liManage industrial scope assigned by the DIS project ensuring that the products are delivered to the project stakeholders according to project QCD commitments. /li liWork as interface in the core Team meeting representing both Procurement function and Operations/Supply Chain function. /li /ul h3POSITION IN THE ORGANIZATION /h3 pRepresent the Industrial Operations organization within the project core team /p h3NETWORK LINKS /h3 ul liProject core team members; /li liSupport functions: Project Industrial Management, Industrialization, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Sourcing. /li /ul h3MISSION RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 pFor Project Execution, the Project Material Manager should: /p ul liGet QCD commitment as built at tender phase in the respective LU- Leading Unit and Pus- Participating Unit, secure the commitments are well understood by the Project, Industrial, Supply Chain and Procurement team; /li liEnsure that necessary inputs data allowing respect of QCD commitment are consistently and timely made available by other project contributors; /li liDefine industrial scheme and related make or buy strategy; /li liCheck completeness and on time availability of the detailed design (under PrEM/ Engineer responsibility); /li liCoordinate and supervises the Industrial Operations that are in charge of the following tasks: supervision of material procurement, products manufacturing and testing, logistic shipment; /li liSupervise cash flow curve related to material orders and minimize the time the material remains in the warehouse. Support project closure to clean and close the Hard Inventory; /li liHave a general vision of the Project’s / suppliers' progress, stakes, and difficulties. Define and agree with Procurement the capture or mitigation plans to be followed by Procurement; /li liManage the Material EAC/TAC (Estimation at Completion/ Total at Completion), Co-validating ASIP savings, Co-Validates with Sub-System Manager each gap vs CPR0 (deviation sheet bridge approval process) with escalation to Project and procurement team in case of need for arbitration. /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liDegree in Management Engineering or equivalent; /li liExperience of at least 5 years in project or industrial management roles; /li liConsolidated knowledge and experience in Industrial Operation field; /li liProfessional knowledge of English; /li liBasic knowledge on SAP (or others ERP system); /li liGood knowledge on office automation suit (Excel, Outlook) /li liAttitude to teamworking and to collaborate with people of various departments both internal (Project Management, Supply Chain, Industrialization, Manufacturing, Sales, Product Development, Sourcing) and external (suppliers). /li /ul pYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
