The role of the HR Operations Specialist is to provide strategic support to the organization by ensuring efficient and automated HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with payroll providers to ensure accuracy in processing employee benefits, time-off requests, and other compensation-related tasks
- Lead absence management initiatives, including disability, parental leave, and other types of leave
- Oversee the company car fleet and related benefits programs
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Talent teams to monitor MBOs and incentive plans
- Promote wellness and flexible benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement
- Analyze salary data and compensation metrics to inform organizational decisions
- Develop and implement HR analytics dashboards to track labor costs, absenteeism, and other key performance indicators
- Serve as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) ambassador and lead inclusion initiatives to foster a culture of belonging
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as maintain accurate HR records and processes
