This is a strategic, hands‐on leadership position in a high‐impact defence sector environment.Retribuzione / BenefitsOwn delivery and continuous improvement of Requirements Engineering capabilities and the target platformProvide expertise in requirements lifecycle management across elicitation, decomposition, allocation, interface specification, verification and validation linkage, configuration baselining and change controlTranslate needs into a target‐state roadmap, transitional plan, and prioritized backlogs including pilots and migrationsAdvise on requirements quality, taxonomy, naming conventions, link semantics, review workflows, and suspect link managementPlan and execute data migration and consolidation, including mapping, harmonization, baselining, and post-migration validationCoordinate delivery across internal teams and suppliers, ensuring clear ownership and governance for interim and target‐state operationsManage relationships with IBM and system integrators for DOORS NG, Global Configuration, and OSLC/ReqIF integrations and de‐risk migrationsRun technology evaluations, proofs of concept, pilots to confirm success criteria and acceptance gatesResponsabilitàDegree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical disciplineService Management certification (e.g., ITIL) or equivalent experienceProject or Programme Management certification (e.g., APM, Prince2) or demonstrable experience managing complex transitionsMinimum 10 years of experience delivering xjrgpwk requirements engineering capabilities in complex programmes with DOORS/DOORS NG configuration, governance, and cross-tool integration (Cameo System Modeler and TeamCenter)Proven experience in Aerospace and/or Defence programmes (minimum 10 years) with understanding of traceability, configuration control, and certification evidenceStrong knowledge of model-based systems engineering and digital thread enablement across requirements, design, test, and in‐service dataStrong financial and resource management skills for transitional and target‐state operationsRequisiti fondamentaliHybrid workingPermanent contractGlobal exposure and cross-partner collaboration
