Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage battery collection and recycling activities by consolidating global cost data, tracking KPIs and preparing periodic reports.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to maintain accurate databases, manage operational requests and contribute to cost control and service provider selection across regions.
- Collect and consolidate global costs for battery collection and recycling, liaising with NSCs, Plants, R&D; Centers and CE teams to update monitoring files.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare periodic reports on collection and recycling costs, including monthly analyses.
- Manage operational support requests from NSCs, Importers, Plants, R&D; Centers and other Regions, handling recycling requests in the ELB TOOL and basic technical inquiries.
- Update databases and cost files based on contractual conditions and new vehicle or battery models, including Excel and ELB TOOL updates.
- Support the selection of new service providers through technical evaluations, economic comparisons and documentation preparation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Management or Mechanical Engineering or in other related fields
- Strong analytical skills and solid command of the MS Office Suite
- Curious, proactive and autonomous
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
