In this OMS Champion (Continuous Improvement Specialist) role you will
* Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization;
* Engage Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organization that Delivers;
* Manage and support process improvement projects;
* Implement and monitor KPIs;
* Promote and convey continuous improvement tools;
* Manage continuous improvement opportunities and address necessary actions;
* Support the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management.
The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain;
* At least 2 years of experience in a continuous improvement team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry;
* Good knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement;
* Good knowledge of English;
* Ability to analyze processes and solve problems;
* Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI;
* Proactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement.
