We are seeking a highly motivated Group E-Shop Manager to join our Group e-Commerce team based in Castelfranco Veneto (TV).
The B2C Online Shop Manager will be responsible for managing and developing all our B2C Online Shops in Europe (11 Countries). The role will also contribute to the commercial strategy and development of our B2C business.
Key Responsibilities
* You will manage all commercial aspects of our online stores and hold a high level of personal responsibility for sales targets, planning of country-specific product portfolios and ensuring the availability of goods to achieve high growth targets.
* You will coordinate activities on performance marketing and optimize the relevant channels.
* You will develop digital marketing and sales activities for customer acquisition and activation together with the team and external partners.
* You will analyze the customer journey in the store and derive strategies and measures to create personalized shopping experiences, proactively and continuously improving the design and usability (UX and UI).
* You will identify potentials and trends for the optimization and further development of online channels, drive on-site search and product placement.
* You will monitor KPIs with focus on traffic and conversion, and contribute new ideas.
* You will play a pivotal role in all S&OP processes for Eshop stock availability.
* You will interface between IT, Marketing, and Sales; coordinate with external partners, service providers and agencies, and work closely with internal departments to initiate new store functionalities.

Skills & qualifications
* A successfully completed commercial or technical degree or a completed specialist training with e-commerce relevance.
* 3-5 years of professional experience in online store management or e-commerce, ideally in the consumer goods industry.
* Experience in the implementation of SEO and SEA concepts.
* Experience in project management of IT projects.
* Experience with CMS and e-commerce store systems; prior knowledge of Magento 2.0 is desirable.
* Experience as a platform owner in an agile context.
* Analytical, KPI-driven, self-reliant way of working paired with a high-service mindset.
* Understanding of technical interfaces and process flows in dealing with online store systems.
* You show initiative and are a real team player.
* Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential; other languages are a plus.
