Task Responsibilities:
Legal:
* Review and update services agreements; create new templates as needed
* Provide legal support on employment law matters
* Coordinate with external law firms for litigation
* Support the opening and closing of company branches worldwide, including coordination with local law firms
* Organize and document meetings with company Postholders, including preparing agendas and maintaining official meeting minutes
* Maintain accurate records of all original contracts and legal documents, manage the digital contract archive, and track key deadlines
* Manage the issuance and renewal of powers of attorney
* Assist the HR & Administration Director with corporate matters, including relation with internal unions
Compliance:
* Support the HR & Administration Director in preparing annual Transfer Pricing documentation.
* Serve as the main point of contact for the Supervisory Board ( Organismo di Vigilanza )
* Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable Italian laws and regulations
* Adapt and implement group-level policies and procedures for the Italian entity
* Assist with KYS and KYC checks on suppliers, in collaboration with the parent company’s Compliance department
Essential Requirements:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law is preferred. However, candidates with degrees in Political Science or International Relations will also be considered if they have professional experience in legal or compliance roles within a corporate environment.
* Proficient in both Italian and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
* 2–4 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in an in-house legal or compliance role
Working Conditions:
* Based near Malpensa airport
* Full-time position
* Occasional travel may be required
* A clean criminal record certificate (casellario giudiziale ) is mandatory
