We are seeking inbound customer care representatives for a leading energy sector company, with responsibilities including upselling sales.
Responsibilities:
* Provide inbound customer assistance regarding electricity and gas supply, with upselling sales activities.
Training:
Selected candidates will attend a professional training course at the client's premises from 16/05/2025 to 30/05/2025, from 9:00 to 17:00. Compensation includes €3.00/hour (with at least 80% attendance) and a €5 meal voucher for each fully attended day.
Candidate Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Good communication skills and commercial attitude
* Telephone contact predisposition
* Strong motivation and results-oriented mindset
* Previous customer service experience
* Knowledge of the energy sector, empathy, flexibility, dynamism, and proactive attitude
Offer:
* Initial fixed-term contract of 3 months with possible extensions
* Work hours: 20 to 36 hours per week, Monday to Saturday
* Shifts between 8:00 and 22:00 on weekdays, 9:00 to 13:00 on Saturdays, with weekly rotation
