The award-winning ghd tools are used by 200,000 stylists around the world and sold in 30+ countries and more than 45,000 premium salons. /ppRenowned for game changing innovation and superior performance, at ghd we are on a mission to transform lives with the power of a good hair day ! /ppbJOB ROLE /b /ppOverall responsibility for the ghdhair.com / it e-commerce site, in terms of both turnover and margins /ppPrimary focus : defining and implementing commercial plans, implementing e-commerce campaigns and periodic reporting, coordinating daily with the Performance Marketing team and local agencies used to achieve results /ppDirect management and coordination of the dedicated e-commerce team (1.5 FTE), constant teamwork with the Digital Performance team (2 dedicated FTE) and with the PR, Social Influencer Marketing teams in order to define a 360° integrated strategy to enhance the brand and its potential /ppPeriodic coordination and alignment with the Global E-commerce and Digital teams, both for performance evaluation and to share best practices / tests from both local and other EU markets /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDefinition of a periodic (monthly) commercial plan in line with turnover and margin targets. /liliOrganising and managing workflow and reverse planning for website campaign 'go live' dates. /liliSharing and implementation of homepages, category pages, product pages, promotions, and special activities (SAP). /liliChecking and following up on changes to website update processes. /liliMonthly demand planning, forecasting and stock management in coordination with the Operations team. /liliClose collaboration and alignment with the Digital Business and Consumer Marketing team on all major website campaigns and activities, such as new product launches, limited editions, consumer events and special promotions. /liliManagement of the e-commerce team: coordination of activities, ownership of various internal processes, delegation and definition of the professional growth of junior resources to increase their autonomy and proactivity. /liliManagement and routing of special customer care requests to the global team for resolution of e-commerce site issues. /liliWeekly and monthly reporting on the monitoring of key KPIs. /liliMarket and competitor analysis. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliYou will have a minimum of five years\' experience in e-commerce, preferably in the premium sector (ideally beauty and fashion). /liliExcellent teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset are essential. /liliExperience in managing a team and dedicated resources is preferred. /liliYou will have excellent knowledge of Google Analytics 360 and similar analytical tools, and the ability to draw insights and define consequent action plans. /liliExperience of managing e-commerce platforms and uploading content. /liliProficient in the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. /liliExcellent written and spoken English /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ullibA dynamic environment in a fast-growing company; /b /lilibTraining /b: We support everyone's professional growth and believe in lifelong learning; /liliPersonal Pc and smartphone; /liliWelfare package including ticket restaurant and integrative health care /lilibAccountability /b: we have a performance system based on individual targets, set year by year; /lilibSmart working /b: 6 days per month of smart working /liliAlternative Fridays to end the week in a fun way /li /ulh3Values /h3ulliCollaborative – We work together to create the extraordinary. /liliCreative – We foster creativity excellence to create value for our brands and business. /liliCourageous - We are agile, entrepreneurial we own our future /liliConnected - We stay connected and ensure we are always consumer first. /liliCommitted - We are responsible for our impact on other the planet. /li /ulpHave a good day, every day with ghd. /ppWe’re passionate about innovation, not only in our products, but working to constantly innovate our place of work, creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity.
