Assistant Store Manager – Adidas – Arese (MI)

Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in the overall management of the store, contributing proactively to the profitability of the store by coordinating all activities to ensure a consistently efficient customer service.
- Manage merchandise: incoming and outgoing goods, restocking, inventory, and returns.
- Handle administrative duties: deposits, payments, cash register management, and register records.
- Oversee the sales floor using advanced product knowledge, advanced sales techniques, and appropriate elements of the customer service model.
- Coordinate team activities: onboarding, training, and development of staff.
- Monitor budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- At least 24 months of work experience in a similar role.
- Preferred experience in sports, fashion, or fashion retail environments with assisted sales.
- Good IT skills: basic software, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and knowledge of cash register and warehouse management applications.
- Good command of English.
- Availability to travel nationally.
