Overview
We're seeking a Senior Product Designer who can provide professional input on complex assignments/projects while providing direction to more junior professionals.
Responsibilities
* Work autonomously on complex design challenges
* Analyze and resolve complex design problems through in-depth evaluation of multiple variables
* Develop and implement creative and effective design solutions that align with company objectives
* Exercise sound judgment in evaluating, selecting, and adapting both standard and complex design techniques
* Utilize in-depth professional knowledge to develop design models and procedures while monitoring industry trends
* Direct the application of existing design principles and contribute to new policy development
* Adapt communication style and use persuasion effectively when delivering messages to different stakeholders
Qualifications
* Advanced wide-ranging experience in product design
* Strong understanding of the interrelationships between different disciplines
* Ability to determine and implement methods and procedures for new assignments
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex situations
* Strong communication and presentation skills for conveying design decisions
* Demonstrated ability to manage operational initiatives to achieve tactical goals
* Track record of delivering measurable results within own discipline

* Take ownership of tactical design targets and deliverables
* Accountable for meeting performance targets within assigned projects
* Contribute to departmental objectives through high-quality design work
