Guests will enjoy a wellness center dedicated to relaxation and rejuvenation, along with the variety of refined hospitality in lounge bar&ski, a la carte and self-service restaurants, the hotel embodies the perfect balance of adventure, wellness, and Italian charm.
JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and the general ledger.
* Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Italian accounting standards and local regulations.
* Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow reports for the hotel.
* Track, control, and analyze costs across all departments (Rooms, F&B, Spa, Ski Operations, Facilities).
* Ensure proper internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance with tax, financial, and statutory requirements in Italy.
* Collaborate with the General Manager and corporate finance team to analyze revenues, expenses, and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations.
* Support procurement, vendor management, and CAPEX planning, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes.
* Lead and train the accounting team, promoting accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Maintain organized financial records, contracts, and documentation for internal and external audits.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
* Previous experience as a Chief Accountant or Senior Accountant in hospitality is required.
* Strong knowledge of Italian accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.
* Proficiency in accounting systems, PMS/POS platforms, and MS Office Suite (Excel is essential).
* Fluent in English; Italian.
* Pre-opening experience is a plus.
* Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently with strong organizational skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with operational teams and senior management.
