* Lead major sterile manufacturing CAPEX projects (greenfield & brownfield).
* Ensure GMP compliance, budget control, and timely delivery.
* Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
* Drive facility design and equipment selection.
Candidate Profile
* Fluent in Italian and English (essential).
* 10+ years in pharma/biotech CAPEX project management.
* Experience with sterile fill-finish, cRABS/isolator tech.
* Delivered at least one greenfield cGMP facility.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
