We are seeking a Quality Manager to join our team at a leading manufacturer of high-precision deep drawn components for the automotive and electro valve industries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Provide training and coaching to employees on quality procedures and best practices.

Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or quality management.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management or a related field.
- Skills: Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead cross-functional teams, and proficiency in MS Office.
