Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and structured F&B Manager to join our team at the property located in Sciacca. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the Food & Beverage department, ensuring operational excellence, team engagement, and guest satisfaction through strategic planning and daily supervision.
Responsibilities
* Define and implement the master operational plan based on occupancy forecasts and group pricing
* Lead daily afternoon briefings with department heads to align on service priorities and challenges
* Foster a culture of belonging and motivation aligned with Mangia’s service philosophy
* Ensure seamless interdepartmental communication to support operational flow
* Supervise daily F&B operations, including staffing, cleanliness, and service standards
* Monitor guest experience and satisfaction across all touchpoints
* Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance and service delivery
* Initiate improvement projects to elevate quality and efficiency
* Manage cost control activities including budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking
* Submit reports and performance updates to senior management
* Oversee inventory, equipment maintenance, and compliance with health and safety regulations
* Implement upselling strategies and pricing policies to optimize revenue
* Ensure documentation and licensing are up to date and aligned with internal processes
Requirements
* Proven experience in F&B management within upscale or luxury hospitality environments
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive performance
* Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and inventory systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus
* Passion for service excellence and continuous improvement
