Our Client is an international, prestigious and diversified Italian entrepreneurial group.Role: The President's Assistant works alongside the Executive Manager, facilitating his work by anticipating all needs and becoming a partner in the company's business thanks to a global vision of internal processes, relationships and information flows inthe organization and thanks to a full awareness of responsibilities. The position supports office management activities and deals with both tasks related to internal activities of the organization, front-office tasks and external relations. Main activities and duties: - Management of the incoming/outgoing correspondence,ommunications and calls of the Presidency; - Organization of the agenda, travels, commitments and meetings (meetings, appointments, press conferences, business lunches and booking any trips); - Drafting official documents, in addition to the periodic reports of the Management; - Management of communications and documents addressed to the various internal managers; - Preparation of communications and institutional letters; - Management of confidential documents and archives; - Management of the agendas of other Executives; - Reception of customers, suppliers, partners. Requirements: - Previous significant experience in the role (top management secretariat, office management, operations, public relations) within international managerial contexts and/or large modernly organized entrepreneurial companies; - Fluency in spoken and written English; knowledge of other foreign languages; - Higher level cultural training is required; Graduation preferred; - Confidentiality, discretion and reliability; - High relational, organizational and multitasking skills, i.e. the ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously; - Personal maturity and ability to mediate and resistance to stress; - Management of priorities and deadlines and ability to optimize operational processes; - Ability to establish relationships also at an international level; - Excellent written communication skills and drafting of reports and press releases; - Aptitude for creating a climate of collaboration that is positive and advantageous for the entire organization; - Operational flexibility; - Proactive attitude and problem solving skills.
