Specifically, when you join the Financial Tax team, your tasks will include : Analyzing issues concerning direct taxation in Italy and providing ongoing advice to companies in the banking, financial, and insurance sectors; Expressing opinions on international tax matters (CFCs, blacklists, permanent establishments, withholding tax, etc.); Analyzing taxation of corporate finance transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.); Handling tax litigation; Ensuring tax compliance; Applying VAT to financial transactions; Taxation of financial returns. Come As You Are - Your Skills and Characteristics This is a perfect opportunity if you have : At least 7 years of professional experience in leading firms; Certification to practice as a chartered accountant or lawyer; A master’s degree in economics and / or law; Excellent knowledge of English; Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; Strong organizational skills, initiative, and problem-solving abilities; A flexible and dynamic approach.
