This is a full-time Client Service Specialist role at Jet 1 located in Naples, FL. The specialist will be responsible for providing excellent client support, ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering top-notch client service on-site.
Qualifications:
* Ability to problem-solve and handle customer inquiries effectively
* Flexibility and multi-tasking is a must
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Customer support, customer satisfaction, and customer service skills
* Phone etiquette and customer experience skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in a customer service role is
* Knowledge of the aviation industry is a plus
Schedule and location:
* This role requires availability on nights and weekends, depending on business needs.
* Long nights or early mornings can be worked from home.
* Daytime weekday hours should be worked in-office.
* Office hours are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday, but this position is not expected to be in office the duration of daytime hours.
