PpJoin as a bClient Advisor Intimate Beachwear - Milano /b at bDiesel /b to contribute to a premium casual wear brand that thrives in the competitive fashion market. /p h3Who You Are /h3 ul liAuthentic, passionate, and intuitive client advisor with a strong sense of style. /li liCommunicative, empathetic, and customer‑centric. /li liInnovative, eager to grow, learn, and bring fresh ideas to the team. /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver an outstanding in‑store experience by welcoming and assisting each client. /li liApply deep product and brand knowledge to guide clients toward suitable purchases. /li liMaster storytelling and ask engaging, open‑ended questions. /li liBuild authentic, long‑term relationships that focus on the individual client. /li liHandle complaints proactively and involve the line manager when required. /li liLead the selling floor, drive individual and team objectives, and be accountable for sales results. /li liCross‑sell across departments and maximize sales opportunities to meet individual targets and KPIs. /li liMaintain high visual standards, comply with operational guidelines, and ensure shop floor safety. /li liInnovate and stay up‑to‑date with fashion trends, competitors, and new opportunities. /li liDevelop and nurture client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives. /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liPrevious experience in sales, preferably in structured fashion, luxury, or retail companies. /li liExperience in intimate and beachwear industry is required. /li liExcellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity. /li liStrong communication and decision‑making skills. /li liOpen to relocation and continuously evolving within the organization. /li liDigitally aware and adaptable to new ways of working. /li liStrategic thinking, financial acumen, innovation, focus on customer, and execution. /li /ul h3Language Proficiency /h3 pItalian and English are mandatory.
