You will safeguard these pillars and its strategic planning and development and ensure all directives, practices, and initiatives are implemented, embraced, and adopted within the resort. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Sales Territory Management /h3 ul liDevelop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share across the assigned territories. /li liIdentify and prioritize high-value opportunities within the region, leveraging competitor analysis and data insights to construct a measured, pro‑active approach to driving revenue performance. /li liWork closely with the Global Luxury and Lifestyle sales team, collaborating on account planning and sales activations to help drive revenue performance into the cluster hotels. /li liIdentify new business opportunities with selected agencies and companies, developing relationships to create new revenue streams and support our market share. /li liTravel to key markets to conduct face‑to‑face meetings, presentation, and events to build relationships and negotiate business on behalf of the cluster hotels. /li /ul h3Account Management /h3 ul liManage and key relationships with existing accounts, focusing on luxury consortia agencies, travel advisors, and other high‑value partners. /li liWithin your region, act as the primary liaison for all luxury Consortia partners and agencies, managing and developing relationships to drive revenue and enhance visibility of your hotel cluster. /li liRepresent the hotels at industry events, trade shows, Six Senses and Luxury and Lifestyle Road shows and trade events. /li liProactively address client needs as needed, acting is a primary liaison between the client and the hotel to ensure a seamless experience on behalf of the guest. /li /ul h3Collaboration Leadership /h3 ul liAct as a liaison between the three hotels, working between Cluster and on‑site teams with a focus on clear, consistent communication and guest satisfaction. /li liProvide regular updates and reports to senior management on market trends and performance, target account performance, and opportunities for growth. /li /ul h3Qualification /h3 ul liTo execute the position of Cluster Account Director Middle East CIS, you must have the required qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and including the following: /li liPossess a minimum of 10 years total experience in hospitality or hotels sales setting, with direct supervisory experience over a sales team, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. /li liProven track record (typically 7+ years) of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on the Middle East region/CIS. /li liStrong understanding of Middle Eastern CIS markets, cultural nuances, and business practices. /li liStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills. /li liExceptional communication and negotiation skills. /li liFluency in English (Arabic language skills is a plus). /li liAbility to travel frequently across the requested territories. /li liValid Italian Work permit or European Union citizenship is required for this role. /li /ul pThe above is intended to provide an overview of the role and responsibilities for a Cluster Account Director Middle East CIS at Six Senses Ibiza Italy.
