Prioritize and allocate resources to meet testing schedules and customer needs. /liliDrive Safety Quality: Champion a culture of safety and ensure compliance with Goodyear and regulatory standards. Maintain high-quality testing and maintenance practices. /liliDevelop Talent: Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals. Lead performance management, training, and succession planning to build a resilient and flexible workforce. /liliCollaborate Communicate: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Provide clear updates on test status, special requests, and operational performance. /liliInnovate Improve: Identify and lead strategic projects to enhance efficiency, standardization, and data quality. Support the development and implementation of new technologies and procedures. /liliPlan for the Future: Contribute to the development of strategic, annual, and 5-year operational and capital plans for the department and Proving Grounds. /li /ulh3What We’re Looking For /h3ulliAssociate’s degree with 7+ years in RD, manufacturing, or industrial operations, required (bachelor’s preferred). /liliExperience with vehicle-based tire testing and facility operations. /li /ulh3What Will Set You Apart /h3ulliProven leadership in a decentralized or technical environment. /liliStrong understanding of ISO/TS/ECE standards and auditing. /liliFamiliarity with Goodyear safety standards and OSHA regulations. /liliProficiency in tools like SAP, Microsoft Office, Tableau, and internal systems (GTTD, TDIS). /liliAbility to interpret and communicate technical data and testing methodologies. /li /ulpGoodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
