For a growth of the staff, asked us to select the Market Intelligence Specialist Responsabilities - Be an active support to the development and implementation of market intelligence plans and relationships to market research suppliers/partners; - Plan and implement business analytics and intelligence reports on a regular basis; study market trends, deploy statistical methods and benchmarks; - Develop 360° competitors profiling (organization, financial KPIs, manufacturing, distribution channels and «go-to-market» strategies); - Lead the design and development of analytical projects designed to understand key business behaviors that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. Skills - Customer-Orientation: you are passionate about understanding customer needs and implementing market segmentation; - Results-Orientation: we look for a self-starting driver with the ability to prioritize activities, to take actions and implement solutions in a timely manner; - Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills: a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to interact successfully with a diverse work force across multiple countries; - A strong mathematical-analytical mindset, with solid background in business and marketing; - Fluency in English and Italian; - Expertise in Office suite use (Excel, Word, Powerpoint); - 3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
