Our client is a global compounder of engineering thermoplastics and thermoplastic elastomers. The company is well-known for high quality materials used in a vast spectrum of industry segments.
Main tasks:
* Management of an assigned sales territory with the assigned customers in the product area TPE and ETP in Europe.
* Proactive support in sales, budget planning and its implementation.
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships based on company’s interests.
* Initiate and implement complex sales development programs.
* Collaborate with the EMEA sales team, technical staff, customer service and logistics team on assigned sales territories and customers.
* Support application development, technical service and customer service in development programs for sales.
* Support for the internal sales team and the EMEA team.
* Proactive communication of information, significant involvement in sales projects, generating business from projects.
* Actively contributing to the realization of corporate and profit targets.
* Participation in the company's management systems.
Your Profile:
* Education / studies: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or engineering discipline, good understanding of internal business processes.
* Knowledge / skills: experience in key account management and/or business development and in the above tasks or proven knowledge in plastics processing or compounding.
* In-depth knowledge and existing customer network in the field of E&E, Consumer Goods and/or Industrial.
* Good knowledge of the current IT portfolio, in particular MS Office, MS Teams and CRM tools.
* Fluency in written and spoken German and English, willingness to travel is a prerequisite.
