Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and results‑driven Market Research & Business Development Analyst to join our team. In this dual‑focused role you will guide business growth by conducting in‑depth market research across multiple regions and identifying new opportunities for expansion. You will gather and analyze market intelligence, industry dynamics and customer trends to support strategic decision‑making. Your findings will directly inform business development initiatives, help shape go‑to‑market strategies, partnerships and product positioning.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct in‑depth market research across various countries to evaluate business opportunities (potential new customers and sales).
* Analyze and synthesize data from various sources (public databases, industry reports, internal data, etc.) to produce clear, insightful findings.
* Create detailed reports and visual presentations that effectively communicate research outcomes to different stakeholders.
* Present findings to managers and decision‑makers, providing recommendations and answering follow‑up questions.
* Perform ad hoc research tasks as requested by leadership or other departments.
* Continuously improve research methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and insight quality.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, market research or a related field.
* Fluency in English.
* 2–3 years of relevant experience in market research, business analysis, or data interpretation. Exposure to corporate or international environments is a bonus.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data or trends.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
* Organized, proactive and able to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively in a team.
