To keep up with the constant evolution and innovation, Bocconi staff must be able to face challenges and quickly adapt services to increasingly high standards. /ppbr/ppbJob Opportunity /b /ppWe are looking for two Educational Technologists to join the Bocconi University Innovation in Learning and Teaching (BUILT) team, supporting the Academic Services Unit within the PNRR project Digital Education Hub – Higher Education (Mission 4 “Education and Research”, Component 1 “Enhancing the offer of education services”, Investment 3.4 “University teaching and advanced skills”, Sub-Investment 3 “Digital Education Hubs (DEH)”, funded by the European Union – Next Generation EU, CUP D43C ). /ppThe project aims to offer high-quality digital education to university students and workers across the country, overcoming barriers related to location, social, family, or work conditions, while promoting the culture of lifelong learning. /ppThis objective is pursued through online and blended strategies, based on micro-credentials, fostering the development of inter-university pathways and the academic recognition of online courses. /ppFocus on advanced digital skills with transdisciplinary perspectives: /ppIn line with the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), the project focuses on promoting and strengthening advanced digital skills (data management, interpretation, communication, artificial intelligence, digital sustainability, etc.) and their integration with economic, social, and creative fields. The initiative involves collaboration with AFAM institutions and private-sector partners to identify the most relevant training needs. /ppThe transversal importance of digital skills will enable the enhancement of over 200 study programs, stimulating the dissemination of innovative teaching processes. /ppThe Educational Technologists will be responsible for the design, production, and implementation of automated videos and dynamic multimedia content, and will carry out the following activities: /pulliCreate professional AI-generated videos using Synthesia (digital avatars, synthetic voiceovers, animated templates, multilingual scripts). /liliDevelop automated video production workflows by integrating APIs, scripts, and content pipelines. /liliManage content localization and personalization (e.g., automatic translations, lip-sync, cultural adaptation). /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliDegree related to training and education. /liliAdvanced experience with Synthesia (template creation, custom avatars, API integration, batch video generation). /liliProficiency with related tools such as HeyGen, D-ID, Runway, Descript, Rephrase.ai, Adobe Premiere/After Effects (basic), CapCut Pro, ElevenLabs. /liliKnowledge of generative AI (video models, text-to-speech, text-to-avatar, content-focused LLMs). /liliAbility to script or automate workflows (Python or JavaScript, API/REST integration). /liliFamiliarity with content management systems (LMS, DAM, CMS) and multilingual content pipelines. /liliStrong understanding of UI/UX, brand guidelines, and basic motion graphics. /liliFluency in Italian and English. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat we offer /b /ppA collaboration contract, starting from January 2026 until the end of the project (June 30, 2026). /p
