Position: Supplier Relations Specialist – Aviation
Objective of the role: To manage and develop strategic relationships with national and international suppliers in the tourism sector, particularly in civil aviation, ensuring quality, operational efficiency, and alignment with company objectives.
Main responsibilities:
* Coordinate the selection, negotiation, and management of contracts with air and rail transport service providers.
* Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and SLAs, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with marketing, ticketing, IT, and analysis and planning teams to ensure consistency between the offer and customer expectations (affiliated travel agencies).
* Manage critical situations and complaints, promoting rapid and customer-oriented solutions.
* Support digitalization and sustainability initiatives in the supply chain.
* Participate in trade fairs, events, and sector meetings to maintain updated relationships and identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
Required skills:
* At least 3-5 years of experience in similar roles in the aviation or tourism sector.
* Excellent negotiating and relational skills.
* Knowledge of procurement and contract management dynamics.
* Familiarity with digital tools and supplier management platforms.
* Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
* Customer orientation, problem-solving, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
