He/she has the task of carrying out Quality Control activities for electrical discipline.
Responsibilities
* Conduct inspections, final testing, and tests in accordance with documented procedures or standards/international codes
* Attend preliminary quality meetings at the Supplier's location
* Record the results of inspection activities with a special Report
* Check suppliers' ITPs (including procedures and instructions), also during site activities (if any)
* Follow up the inspection and test activities during the suppliers' activities, through ITPs
* Notify, follow-up, support classification/analysis and verify the resolution of non-compliances and the implementation of changes
Requisiti
* Degree in electrical Engineering or Technical secondary diploma
* Three years of experience in inspection and testing activities
* Knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard or equivalent
* Knowledge of codes and standards in the field of: Diesel Generators, Cooling Water System, DCS, Heat exchangers, Compressors, valves, Medium and Low Voltage Switchboards xrdztoy and busbars.
* Certification as an expert in welding and/or non-destructive testing, for QC inspectors (only for Mechanicals)
* Preparation and verification of supply quality documentation and dossiers
* Be proactive in suppliers' management
* Monitoring KPI and reporting
* Ability to organize and plan inspections
* Ability to evaluate the results of inspections
* Proactive and problem-solving attitudes
* Communication skills in relations with all parties involved in inspection activities
* Good knowledge of English
