GENERAL NEEDS OF THE COMPANY:
Responsibilities:
* Perform quality control at all stages of the Jetson aircraft production and assembly;
* Implement performance tests and functional inspections;
* Draft and update operating procedures and quality control forms;
* Coordinate audits and manage corrective/preventive actions;
* Train operational staff on quality procedures and technical specifications;
* Manage non-conformities, maintaining constant dialogue with suppliers;
* Collaborate with Management for the adoption of sustainable and innovative practices.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
* Technical diploma or equivalent educational background;
* Proven experience in quality control processes, preferably within the metalworking, or electrical sectors;
* Strong manual skills and proficiency in using measurement instruments;
* High level of precision, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Soft Skills:
* "Can-do, will-do" attitude with a proactive approach and willingness to take action;
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;
* Applies time management, effective planning, prioritizing, and organizing skills to maximize productivity;
* Brings a positive attitude and energy to the workplace;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
* Must have a valid Class B driving license;
* Must be eligible for employment in Italy and willing to work onsite.
