The PSM is responsible for achieving Gross Sales and Gross Margin goals in a specific area of responsibility. It must guarantee results of increased sales and improved market share also for authorized workshops through sales on the local market.
The PSM has the task of maximizing customer loyalty towards the Iveco Service network, optimizing the repair capabilities of the workshops in terms of working hours and facilitating the development of the right assistance processes.
Essential responsibilities:
Ensure the achievement in terms of volume and profitability
Ensure the study and application of a sales incentive promotion program plans if necessary to recover market share
Build dedicated action plans to increase turnover
Share service performance with dealer owners and support the implementation of improvement plan
Inform on price competitiveness
Support workshops in measuring performance and optimizing labor and spare parts billing
Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on fore-casts for each Brand/Market/Product Line (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort)
analyze OE and IAM competition scenario in terms of sales, price positioning and logistic rules
Visit constantly the Authorized Workshop.in a specific area of responsibilities
Supervise the training and certification of workshop staff to increase pro-active service skills.
Evaluate workshops according to IVECO standards, monitor recovery plans and evaluate their execution.
Assessment of the Authorized Network and continuous monitoring of the related KPIs
