We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Trainee to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be involved in various accounting activities and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
Participate in the implementation of the P2P (Purchase to Pay) project:
* Collaborate with the team to ensure the successful execution of the P2P project.
* Contribute to the development and improvement of purchase-to-pay processes.
Support the Accounting team in reconciling expense reports with the previous provider:
* Assist in reconciling and verifying expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Work closely with the team to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Provide support to the Accounts Payable and General Ledger teams:
* Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to facilitate smooth payment processes.
* Assist the General Ledger team in maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports.
Key requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Willingness to collaborate and contribute positively within a team environment.
* Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
