Location: Province of Naples, Italy Company: Leading manufacturer of electrical components for industrial applications Mission The Inside Technical Sales helps the Sales Manager maximise sales opportunities while developing long‐term relationships within an assigned portfolio of accounts (prospects and clients) that may span across different geographical areas. Summary Inside Technical Sales' primary objective is to generate new business from existing customers and achieve and exceed the assigned sales targets. The person creates, retains, and develops relationships with existing customers through emails, calls, meetings, and virtual workshops to present how the Company and its portfolio of products can benefit them and solve their problems; develops thorough knowledge and provides feedback on market trends, competition, and customers' needs; and runs the marketing/sales campaigns in the assigned portfolio. Responsibilities Achieves and exceeds the sales targets for the assigned portfolio. Manage and maintain relationships with assigned customers. Conduct proactive email and cold call outreach to generate leads and nurture existing relationships. Makes the Company the "top of mind" of customers. Establishes and nurtures a relationship with customers based on profound esteem and respect. Negotiates offers, terms, and conditions through to their closing in accordance with the Company's policies (price lists and discounts) and values. Confidently and persuasively presents the Company and its product portfolio to expand the business. Tracks sales versus targets for the assigned portfolio. Is the face of the Company for the assigned portfolio of customers and prospects. Supports the Company's participation in events and exhibitions. Supports the definition and execution of the sales and marketing plan. Supports the development and implementation of sales strategies. Requirements Must-haves: Fluency in Italian and English (mandatory level B2 or above; will be tested during the selection process). Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Excel (filter, pivot), PowerPoint (timed presentations), Word (revisions, cross‐references); will be tested during the selection process. Experience in Business to Business; the company's products are not intended for consumers. Nice‐to‐have: Knowledge of other European languages (Portuguese, Spanish, French, German). Experience with SAP‐B1. Sales experience in international markets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Customer‐centric; effectively relates to customers and prospects. Perseverance and tenacity; view a "no" as motivation to work harder. Flexible and able to optimally allocate time and resources. Proactive problem solver with a sense of urgency. Action‐oriented; takes initiative and does not wait for instructions. Team player; works effectively and collaboratively with colleagues.
