Ph3Responsibilities /h3 pOversee the full HR function in Italy, including performance management, training development, compensation benefits, organisational development, employee relations, and workplace culture building. Ensure full compliance with Italian labour laws, local regulations and relevant CCNL (Collective Bargaining Agreements), manage labour disputes and union communications properly. Align with the group’s HR strategy, adapt and implement global HR policies to fit the local market and team needs. Design and optimise performance management systems, compensation structures, training programmes and talent development channels to enhance team efficiency and employee engagement. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, improve employee satisfaction, retention and team cohesion. Collaborate with the China headquarters and regional HR teams to support cross‑cultural communication and synergy. /p h3Requirements /h3 pAt least 5 years of full‑cycle HR management experience in Italy, with solid knowledge of local labour laws, CCNL and HR best practices. Experience in manufacturing, engineering, multinational enterprises or Chinese‑funded companies is highly preferred. Strong cross‑cultural communication, problem‑solving, coordination and pressure‑resistant abilities; proactive and results‑oriented.
