Ph3Overview /h3pMajor Account Manager – Telecom Service Providers for Italy at Fortinet. The role focuses on strategic Telecom and Service Provider accounts, with potential responsibility for Tier 1 or Tier 2/3 accounts with high growth potential. Join Fortinet, a cybersecurity pioneer, to help safeguard people, devices, and data everywhere. /ppYou would act as the key Account Manager for strategic Telecom and Service Provider accounts across Italy. Depending on experience, the portfolio may include Tier 1 accounts or a mix of Tier 2/3 accounts with high growth potential. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead direct sales engagements with assigned Telecom and Service Provider accounts /liliDevelop and execute strategic account plans to expand Fortinet’s footprint across the service provider landscape /liliBuild and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers /liliCollaborate cross-functionally to deliver compelling proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and Statements of Work /liliNegotiate business terms that foster long-term partnerships and mutual success /liliGenerate and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities through to closure /liliAccurately forecast business and consistently achieve quarterly sales quotas /liliRepresent Fortinet with credibility and insight, addressing client challenges with a solutions-oriented approach /li /ulh3We Are Looking For /h3ulliMinimum 8 years of experience in sales to major accounts, with at least 5 years focused on Telecom or Service Provider clients /liliProven success in selling network security solutions, with consistent quota achievement and career stability /liliStrong understanding of Telecom architectures, terminology, and business dynamics /liliDemonstrated ability to close complex deals and navigate long sales cycles /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders /liliA proactive, self-motivated mindset with resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments /liliBased in Rome or surrounding areas, with flexibility to travel across Italy as needed /li /ulh3Why Join Us /h3pAt Fortinet, we embrace diversity and inclusivity.
