We are helping our clients to seek a sales expert specialising in the Italian or German markets to jointly promote the green energy transition and provide efficient energy storage solutions for European enterprises.


Responsibilities:


Market Strategy and Expansion: Responsible for formulating and implementing sales strategies and annual plans for the markets, achieving sales revenue, profit margin and market share targets. Conduct in-depth analysis of the policies and regulations, electricity price mechanisms and competitive dynamics in the target regions, and regularly produce market analysis reports.


Customer development and management: Actively identify, develop and manage new overseas customers and sales channels, with a focus on expanding customer groups such as energy service providers, EPC contractors, and industrial and commercial enterprises. Establish and maintain customer profiles, regularly visit key customers, and provide product training and market trend analysis.


Cross-departmental collaboration: Work closely with departments such as marketing, product, and technology to ensure customer needs are met. Collect market and customer feedback to provide a basis for product improvement and new product development.


Brand promotion and marketing activities: Represent the company at industry exhibitions, seminars and conferences in Europe to enhance brand awareness.



Job Requirements


Educational background and major: Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in power, electronics, automation, new energy, marketing, international trade or related fields preferred.


Work Experience: Over 5 years of international sales experience in the new energy industry (photovoltaic, energy storage, power equipment), with at least 3 years of focus on international sales of energy storage systems (commercial and industrial or grid-side). Demonstrated success in developing and managing European channel partners (distributors, agents).


Market knowledge and resources: Have a profound understanding of the industrial and commercial energy storage markets in Germany or Italy, and be familiar with local energy policies. Possess abundant customer resources and be capable of quickly establishing customer trust.


Language proficiency: Fluent in English, capable of conducting in-depth business negotiations.


Personal qualities: Result-oriented, capable of independently operating projects, adaptable to frequent international business trips.

Excellent communication, organization and teamwork skills, able to handle high levels of work pressure.
