You will be responsible for fostering executive-level relationships, enhancing the capabilities of consulting and service partners, and driving new revenue streams through effective channel management. /ppThis role will require you to navigate complex partner ecosystems, align partner strategies with UiPath commercial objectives, and maximize the value of UiPath platform for customers across the Italian marketb. /b /ph3bWhat you\'ll do at UiPath /b /h3ullipbSales and Business Development /b /pullipPartner Ecosystem Expansion: Identify, recruit, and onboard new consulting and reseller partners aligned with UiPath’s go-to-market strategy, ensuring they are fully enabled to drive customer success. /p /lilipRevenue Generation: Exceed sales and revenue targets by leveraging partner relationships to drive indirect sales and unlock new markets. /p /lilipJoint Go-To-Market Strategies: Collaborate with partners to design and execute joint business plans, focusing on co-selling opportunities, demand generation, and account mapping for strategic accounts. /p /lilipValue-Based Selling: Promote UiPath’s automation solutions by demonstrating clear financial and strategic benefits to both partners and their customers. /p /lilipSolution Development: Work with partners to co-create joint solutions tailored to specific verticals or customer needs, driving differentiation and competitive advantage. /p /lilipRenewals and Upselling: Facilitate solution and renewal quotes, ensuring partners are equipped to upsell UiPath products and services. /p /li /ulpbRelationship Management /b /pullipExecutive Engagement: Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level executives at partner organizations, fostering alignment on UiPath’s vision and objectives. /p /lilipEnablement and Support: Drive partner readiness through regular training sessions, enablement resources, and tailored guidance, ensuring partners can independently sell and implement UiPath solutions. /p /lilipCustomer Collaboration: Act as the bridge between UiPath, partners, and end customers, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivering exceptional customer value. /p /lilipStakeholder Advocacy: Advocate for partner needs within UiPath, ensuring internal alignment on partner strategies and resource allocation. /p /li /ulpbMarket Analysis and Strategic Planning /b /pullipIndustry Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to refine UiPath partner strategies. /p /lilipData-Driven Decisions: Conduct market assessments and partner performance analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization within the ecosystem. /p /lilipVertical Expertise: Develop expertise in specific industries or geographies to align partner activities with market demands and UiPath strategic goals. /p /li /ulpbCollaboration and Marketing Support /b /pullipCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to support partner-driven initiatives and ensure cohesive execution of go-to-market strategies. /p /lilipEvent Participation: Represent UiPath at industry events, partner summits, and customer briefings to strengthen market presence and drive engagement. /p /lilipMarketing Enablement: Collaborate with partners and UiPath marketing team to create and execute co-branded campaigns, lead generation activities, and partner-focused events. /p /lilipGovernance and Accountability /p /lilipPerformance Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner success, reporting progress against business goals during quarterly business reviews (QBRs). /p /lilipCompliance and Governance: Ensure partners adhere to UiPath policies, including data protection, ethical standards, and contractual obligations. /p /lilipOperational Excellence: Leverage CRM tools like Salesforce to maintain accurate records of partner engagements, forecasts, and deal registrations. /p /li /ul /li /ulh3bWhat you\'ll bring to the team /b /h3ullipRelationship Building: Proven ability to establish and nurture executive-level relationships across diverse partner organizations. /p /lilipStrategic Thinking: Experience in developing and implementing strategic go-to-market plans in collaboration with partners. /p /lilipSales Acumen: Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a channel-focused role. /p /lilipTechnical Aptitude: Familiarity with automation technologies and the ability to articulate UiPath’s value proposition effectively. /p /lilipInterpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a customer-focused mindset. /p /lilipCRM Proficiency: Experience managing pipelines and forecasts using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. /p /lilipLanguages: Being fluent in Italian and English /p /li /ulpWe value a range of diverse backgrounds, experiences and ideas.
