You will report to the Quality Engineering Manager. /ppThe Quality Engineer, Design Transfer will support the team on internal and external production processes set up in relation to NPI (new products introduction). /ppFocus on supplier/item first approval and qualification for purchased items, process validation, production flows monitoring, tests definition and execution, control plans definition. /ppbr/ppExcellent time management and interpersonal relationship skills are necessary in this role. /ppbr/ppYou will interact with all departments, in particular RD, Quality Engineering, Operations and with Suppliers, Distributors, Laboratories and Consultants /ppbr/ppbWhat will your contribution be? /b /ppbr/ppbIntroduction of New Products /b /pulliDefinition/execution of test and control plans. /liliPreparation of manufacturing processes overview technical documentation. /liliPreparation of Loan set instructions and related activities (including training execution). /li /ulpbr/ppbSupplier approval /b /pulliFirst qualification, first article inspection planning and execution, PPAP evaluation. /liliIncoming inspection sheet definition, instruments setup, RR (repeatability and reproducibility) for internal production. /liliProcess validation in relation to NPI. /li /ulpbr/ppbInternal processes /b /pulliProcess validation in relation to NPI; /liliEquipment qualification in relation to NPI. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat are we looking for? /b /pulliMaster’s degree in mechanical or biomedical engineering or similar is preferred.
