About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional individual with a proven track record of managing fast-paced operations, leading teams, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of one of our Deliveroo HOP sites, ensuring operational excellence and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Maintain good relationships with external parties, such as neighbours, landlords, contractors, etc., upholding Deliveroo's positive reputation.
* Ensure sites are well-maintained, reducing the need for repair works and adhering to food safety and health protocols.
* Liaise with various counterparts in Commercial, Account Management, and Rider Operations teams to enhance overall operational performance.
Requirements
* Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a fast-paced warehouse/delivery environment.
* Strong knowledge of food safety and health compliance requirements.
* First Aid training (training provided if required).
* Experience in leading a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* A good understanding and track record of managing P&L and KPIs performance.
* Tech-savvy, comfortable working with numbers, and using data to inform decisions.
* Proven track record of meeting targets and stock control.
