LHH For a multinational client operating in the manufacturing sector, we are looking for a Group Sales Controller to be placed reporting directly to the Group Head of Controlling. Responsibilities The resource will be responsible for the following activities: - Monitoring and analysis of group-level commercial performance (revenue, margins, volumes, product mix). - Support in defining the sales budget and forecast. - Collaboration with Finance and Sales teams for the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting. - Identification of variances and proposal of corrective actions. - Development and optimization of control tools and commercial KPIs. - Support for strategic decisions through ad hoc analyses and business cases. - Support in SAP FI-CO implementation. - Coordination with different countries and business units to ensure data consistency and quality. Your Profile Professionals possessing the following requirements will be taken into consideration: - Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or similar. - At least 8 years of experience in commercial controlling roles, preferably in multinational environments. - Excellent knowledge of Excel, SAP FI-CO and BI tools. - Fluent English. - Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, proactive and excellent communication abilities.
