Job Description We are looking for a Service Technician to perform routine and extraordinary maintenance on industrial lifting equipment—cranes, bridges, booms—for our customers in the Lombardy region.
Responsibilities
Execute maintenance and repairs on electric bridge cranes and tower booms at customer sites.
Conduct fault investigation for electrical, mechanical, and electronic issues and determine necessary repair actions.
Explain intervention results to customers, outlining preventive and corrective repairs, discretionary repairs, and possible upgrades.
Identify safety, quality, and operational risks, and recommend new improvement projects for plant and machinery.
Prepare and update documentation related to performed activities, ensuring timely delivery in compliance with established guidelines.
Perform regular maintenance and inventory of equipment, vehicles, and company-provided assets.
Qualifications
High school diploma, preferably in electromechanical engineering.
Interest and experience in electromechanical maintenance of lifting equipment (cylinders, cranes, booms) and related technology.
Understanding of electrical schematics, mechanical components, and parts.
Excellent Italian language skills and basic English proficiency.
Organizational ability, autonomy, problem‑solving skills, good physical condition, and willingness to work at height.
Customer focus and teamwork spirit; collaborate with other maintenance technicians to deliver high customer satisfaction.
Availability for overtime and travel.
Driver's license B; use company vehicle to travel daily to customers’ premises.
Residence in the Lombardy provinces of Varese, Como, Monza e Brianza, or Milan.
