Role:
We are looking for an Onsite IT Technician with experience in Desktop / End-user Support within enterprise environment, preferably multinational companies.
You are directly onsite with our customers and working on incoming tickets of your users:
- Setting up PC workplaces
- Installations, migrations and rollouts
- User administration via Active Directory
- User support with MS Office, Windows and other software issues
- deal with stock / asset management
- provide support on meeting room / conferencing room
- provide smart hand support for Server and network devices
- You are exiting your users with creative solutions and a service-orientated approach.
Location: Trieste (fully onsite)
- Employment contract: 1-year fixed-term (with possibility to turn it into permanent)
Requirements:
- 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
- Experience in Windows 7-11, MS Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, enterprise anti-virus solutions and IT ticketing systems.
- Driving licence
- Excellent time management skill
