Key Responsibilities
* Engage with business units to understand their master data and content requirements.
* Document current-state processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
* Translate business requirements into functional specifications for system enhancements.
* Act as a subject matter expert in master data and content projects.
* Contribute to data governance frameworks and support data quality initiatives.
* Serve as a key contact point between business teams and IT regarding master data ecosystem topics.

Key Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree or extensive experience in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
* At least 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on master data.
* Strong understanding of product master data domain and experience working in multi-system environments.
* Good understanding of data structures, data modeling, and database principles.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
