Handle relationships with internal clients and external lawyers. /ppReview various commercial contracts, leases, franchises, collaborations, consumption policies, data protection, and stay abreast of Amplifon Group's compliance policy. /ppStay informed and updated with different regulations regarding healthcare products. /ppKeep store documents up to date regarding consumption, data protection, marketing activities, and healthcare compliance. /ppStay current with corporate secretarial matters (powers of attorney, minutes, certificates). /ppstrongWhat are we looking for? /strong /ppstronguResponsibilities/Functions: /u /strong /ppstrongCommercial / Corporate Responsibilities /strong /pulliprovide support to the company's Area Managers to assist them with managing relationships with agents, also drafting entry, modification and exitagreements. /liliManagement of pre-litigation procedures with clients /liliManagement of client disputes, with the support of an external law firm /liliReview and drafting of major commercial contracts (e.g., procurement, leasing, etc.) /liliDrafting of privacy policies and data protection agreements /liliReview marketing, promotional, consumer-facing health activities and materials for compliance with applicable laws and different regulations, as well as company policies. /liliSupport the Marketing Department in creating legal frameworks, advertising, and collaborations with Third Parties in compliance with healthcare product regulations. /liliMaintain strong relationships with internal departments, external legal advisors and regulatory authorities. /liliHandle all types of legal proceedings, both judicial and extrajudicial. /liliManage the minutes of the Board of Directors, as well as the different companies, regarding powers, certificates, reports, etc., as well as provide support to the different Company Committees. /li /ulpstronguRequired education and experience: /u /strong /ppBachelor’s degree in law.
