Serving as an expert about the structural heart therapy and medical devices for the organization.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Executes activities to meet annual sales, profit, and budgetary goals
* Maintains customer and physician relationships
* Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
* Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
* Analyze the territory / market’s potential, track sales and status reports
* Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities
* Implements field based physician and staff training programs
* Facilitates communication among the relevant functions at the investigational site (e.g.interventionalists, echocardiologists) for procedure scheduling and successful clinical outcomes with structural heart medical device
* Provides technical support to clinicians for the procedures with the structural heart medical device
* Calls on referring physicians to present structural heart technology and the study data;
* Acts in compliance with applicable procedures and policies;
EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES
* 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
* Experience in Medical Devices
* Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
* Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
* Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
* Good knowledge of English (listening and writing)
* Clinical orientation; Presentation Skills; Performance Management; Building Relationship; Ethical Conduct; Results Driven.
Geographical scope: Calabria and Campania
