Responsibilities

Manage service subscriptions (new subscription, subscription information, update products and services, etc.) Billing (change payment method, billing incidents, invoicing and other billing related issues) Provide technical support on digital products using databases, troubleshooting tools, knowledge articles and other resources Manage claims, suggestions and hear customer feedback on the product Follow up and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional telephone etiquette and the ability to handle situations efficiently and professionally A sense of teamwork to satisfy sales goals and assure 100% customer satisfaction Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, …) Fluency in Italian (C2 level or bilingual) and English (B2 level) required Candidate must hold a valid EU working permit and a Spanish NIE number
