Do you have what it takes to join the band?Job functions include:Development of sales strategies that generate consistent year-over-year growthActivate new customer accounts and take care of present customersContact partners and companies to promote events, catering services, brand experienceTake part to networking and promotional events on the territoryhelp manage events in and outside the Cafedraw weekly report of her/his activity for the Cafe managementMarket a multi-product business line (restaurant, retail, live music and special events) to disparate guest profile (corporate, tourist, tourist guides and local). Co-operate with the cafe staff in fostering an environment of customer service in which all team members put the guest first in every situation. Job requirements include:· 3+ years in a sales role, preferably in a hospitality setting. Experience in the MICE environment and in Corporate sales. Knowledge of the Milan market.· Expertise in social media platforms. · Background in the music industry a plus. · Strong communication and listening skills; excellent speaking, reading and writing. · fluency in English required.
