This role ensures efficient management of processes while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. /ppbMain Accountabilities /b /pullibCredit Management /b /liulliManage credit monitoring and payment collections in line with company policies. /liliPerform periodic reconciliation of customer accounts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data. /liliManage and resolve payment discrepancies, including sales deductions, to ensure smooth and timely processing of payments. /liliCollaborate with the sales team to address any payment-related issues, improve processes, and ensure efficient collections. /li /ullibSales Agents' Administration /b /liulliSteer sales agents' commission calculations and ensure the accurate and timely processing of commissions. /li /ullibInvoicing/Electronic Invoicing /b /liulliManage and oversee the invoicing process, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and correct transmission of invoices to the Italian SDI (Exchange System). /liliCollaborate with customer service team to resolve any issues related to invoice transmission or validation. /li /ullibOther Administration Support /b /liulliCollaborate with other departments to gather relevant financial data, providing analysis that informs strategic decision-making. /liliExtract the information in the different tools, secure the data to support the financial analysis credit management. /li /ul /ulpbOur Requirements /b /pulliProficiency in Italian, Intermediate/advanced level in English, and Spanish knowledge (as a preferred option). /liliA degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field. /liliAt least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in business finance operations, credit management or administration. /liliAdvanced MS Excel skills. /liliStrong analytical skills and problem solving skills. /liliExperience with ERP systems (SAGE as a preferred option) and managing financial data. /li /ulpbPERSONAL COMPETENCIES /b /pulliProactive, curious self-starter, able to work independently. /liliExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. /liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams, different departments and countries. /liliStrong team player, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
